Return Policy:
Although our products go through extensive testing before shipping, still things happen. To cover for any defective items, any product purchased from our store is covered by a 30 days unconditional return policy. Any item purchased can be returned for a full refund or for an exchange within 30 days. For extra peace of mind if your item fails after 30 days, you can still contact us to find out about the return and we will try our best to get the issue resolved.
To qualify for a full Refund, all items have to be returned back to PC Part Source Inc.
To be eligible for a full refund (for any reason other than a defective or DOA item), your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. So please hold on to the packaging for few days before throwing it away. If you receive an item that you think was damaged during the transportation please notify us within 3 days of delivery so that we can take appropriate action.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged due to improper handling by customer or is missing parts upon return, for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for return or may be subject to a restocking fee of upto 20%. Damaging the product voids any kind of warranty.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-3 days after receipt.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you think you have not received a refund, please contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
You can also contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still could not verify your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email with your order details and we will contact you back.

If you have to return your product, please mail your product to: 1611 Sycamore Ave # 5430, Hercules CA -94547. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
For returns, you should consider using a trackable shipping service so that the returns can be tracked. Original shipping charges may not be refunded in certain cases.
